Common Questions
Reformer Pilates
Arrive & Settle In
Come along a few minutes early for your first session. The studio is private and relaxed — we'll show you around and make sure you feel at home before we begin.
Quick Chat
We'll have a brief conversation about your goals, any injuries or areas to be mindful of, and your experience level. Every session is coached and adapted to you.
Set Up Your Reformer
We'll get your machine set up with the right spring resistance and settings for your body. No experience needed — we guide you through everything from the start.
The Class
A full-body workout lasting around 50 minutes. Strength, core, and mobility — low impact but genuinely challenging. Classes stay small (max 4 people) so you get real coaching throughout, not just instruction from the front.
Cool Down
We finish with a proper cool down and stretch. You should leave feeling worked but good — not broken. That's kind of the whole point.
Book Your Next Session
Once you're on the private booking list, you'll get early access to class releases. Most clients settle into a regular slot that works for them — it's the easiest way to stay consistent.
Who are our classes for?
Our Reformer Pilates Classes are designed for beginners and those new to Reformer Pilates, as well as for anyone returning after a time away from exercise. They’re ideal if you want clear instructions, a calm environment, and time to learn the equipment properly without feeling rushed or judged. You don’t need prior experience, flexibility or a certain level of fitness, just a willingness to learn and move at your own pace in a supportive, welcoming studio.
Do I Need Any Experience to Join?
No experience is needed at all. Our classes are designed for beginners, and everything is clearly explained.
What if I don't know how to use the reformer?
That’s completely expected. The instructor will show you how everything works and guide you through the class.
